About the Role

Join our finance team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, playing a vital role in maintaining our financial health by ensuring timely and accurate payment collections. This remote position offers the chance to contribute to efficient financial operations across multiple European markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, collections, and cash application.
• Monitor customer accounts, identify overdue payments, and initiate collection efforts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to address payment-related inquiries.
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports to support financial forecasting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar financial position.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, international team environment, covering UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Belgium, and Switzerland.
