Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Growth Manager

About the Role

Join ElevenLabs to drive significant growth by leading our Affiliate and Influencer Marketing programs, directly impacting our global user acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive affiliate and influencer marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with key affiliates, content creators, and influencers across relevant platforms.
• Oversee campaign performance, track key metrics (CPA, ROI, LTV), and provide regular performance analysis and optimization recommendations.
• Manage the budget, payment processing, and reporting for all partnership activities.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all partner-driven content.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years preferred) managing large-scale affiliate and influencer marketing programs, preferably in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of affiliate networks, tracking technologies, and performance marketing KPIs.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to measure and report on program effectiveness.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working with global markets (US/UK focus).
• Familiarity with the AI/Generative Media space.
• Existing network of relevant content creators or affiliate partners.
