Responsibilities

• Utilize proprietary software to accurately label and curate data for AI model training and evaluation.
• Conduct thorough stress-tests on AI models and features to ensure safety and reliability.
• Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers to enhance labeling tools and processes.
• Become an expert on model behavior, communicating findings from evaluations and testing.
• Engage in prompt engineering for features based on large language models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (e.g., Literature, Linguistics, Philosophy, Philology, Journalism) or a related field.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English at a professional level (C1 minimum, C2 preferred).
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Eagerness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous experience in a data labeling or annotation role within a technology company.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques for large language models.
