Responsibilities

• Utilize proprietary software to accurately label and annotate data for AI model training.
• Conduct thorough stress-tests on AI models and features to ensure safety and reliability.
• Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers to curate datasets and improve labeling tools.
• Provide crucial input for the development of safe and effective AI systems.
• Engage in prompt engineering for features based on large language models (over time).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (e.g., Literature, Linguistics, Philosophy, Philology, Journalism) or a related field.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English at a C1 level or higher.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Eagerness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous experience in a data labeling or annotation role within a technology company.
