You will shape how we augment human capabilities with AI, driving significant advancements in productivity, efficiency, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development, and integration of AI and intelligent automation solutions across Keyrock's operations.
• Drive the adoption of AI to significantly enhance productivity, efficiency, and decision-making processes.
• Define and manage the roadmap for AI and automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for AI-driven augmentation of human capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven technical expertise and leadership experience in AI and intelligent automation.
• Demonstrated experience in a product management or lead role, specifically driving AI/automation initiatives from concept to deployment.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, methodologies, tools, and their practical application in a business context.
• Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and effectively drive execution.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience within the digital asset, fintech, or high-frequency trading industries.
• Familiarity with the Rust programming language.
• Knowledge of Web3 technologies, DeFi protocols, or RWA (Real World Assets).
