AI Research Scientist

Responsibilities

• Determine and lead research initiatives aligned with frontier multimodal AI trends and product goals.
• Design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses using high-end GPU infrastructure.
• Interpret experimental results and translate them into actionable insights for model improvement.
• Innovate by creating novel generative model architectures, training methodologies, and synthetic data pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the development, training, and iteration of large-scale text-to-image, video, or 3D generation models.
• Strong academic and professional track record, including publications in top-tier conferences like CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS, or ICML.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and deep learning frameworks such as Transformers, Diffusers, or DeepSpeed.
• Experience with large-scale parallel model pre-training across distributed GPU clusters.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with reinforcement learning (RL) algorithms for generative models.
• Active contributions to open-source AI projects.
• Ability to communicate complex research findings through documentation, papers, or technical talks.
