AI Video Creative Director

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead the future of AI-assisted video production, blending cinematic storytelling with cutting-edge generative technology. You will shape high-impact content for global brands while mentoring multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development of AI-assisted video content across campaigns, social, and experimental formats.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams through concept development, visual storytelling, and AI-enhanced production workflows.
• Collaborate directly with customers to present creative rationale and deliver strategic solutions.
• Drive experimentation to improve creative quality, scalability, and production efficiency using emerging AI tools.
• Define and evolve internal standards for AI video production and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in filmmaking, video production, post-production, or creative direction.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating cinematic storytelling, editing, and visual direction.
• Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools for video or image creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead customer-facing projects in a remote, global environment.
