About the Role

Join us as an Analytics Engineering Manager to lead a vital team, transforming complex business needs into impactful data solutions. You will be instrumental in enabling data-driven decisions across the organization by building scalable data models and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of analytics engineers to build high-quality, scalable data models.
• Partner with business units to understand their data needs, prioritize work, and align definitions.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, availability, and reliability using our data stack (Snowflake, DBT, Fivetran).
• Champion best practices in analytics engineering, data modeling, and data governance within the team.
• Drive continuous improvement of data workflows, automation, and tooling to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with data platform and analytics teams to build cohesive solutions.
• Promote a data-driven culture across the company, supporting stakeholders in leveraging analytics.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of management experience with several direct reports, with a passion for people development.
• Strong expertise with modern analytics engineering stack, including DBT, Snowflake, and Fivetran.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience designing and implementing scalable data models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing complex data challenges.
