Associate Account Director

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Associate Account Director to serve as a key player-coach in our Account Management department, combining hands-on client strategy with team mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Own a VIP portfolio of approximately 12 high-value client accounts, set strategy, run kickoffs, review deliverables, and manage client relationships.
• Coach and develop 2 to 3 Account Managers, providing real-time feedback and serving as the Quality Assurance gate for their output.
• Use AI marketing tools to produce high-quality work efficiently and guide team members to adopt similar workflows.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and modeling excellence for the Account Management team.

Requirements

• 3+ years in digital marketing with hands-on experience across paid media, SEO, email, and conversion-focused landing pages.
• Proven track record of strong client retention, relationship building, and executing full-funnel marketing strategies for small and mid-sized businesses.
• Strong coaching instincts with a genuine desire to mentor and develop team members.
• Fluent in English with exceptional communication and organizational skills in a remote environment.
