Associate Customer Success Manager

About the Role

Join our dynamic team as an Associate Customer Success Manager, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our global HR and payroll platform. This is an exciting opportunity to build strong client relationships and contribute directly to customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and guide them through the initial setup and adoption of our platform.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
• Proactively monitor customer health and engagement, identifying potential risks and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Support) to advocate for customer needs and ensure a seamless experience.
• Educate customers on new features and best practices to maximize their use of the platform.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success, Account Management, or Support within a SaaS environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer challenges.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote, full-time capacity.
• Fluency in English is required, and Spanish is highly desirable given the AMER region.
• Located in Colombia or willing to work within the AMER time zones.
