About the Role

Join Deel's PEO Customer Success team as an Associate Customer Success Manager, a pivotal role in empowering our clients to effectively utilize Deel's global HR and payroll platform. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to cultivate strong client relationships and drive their success within a rapidly evolving global employment landscape.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of PEO clients, guiding them through onboarding, platform adoption, and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing expert guidance and resolving issues efficiently.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product, support, and sales, to advocate for client needs and enhance their experience.
• Proactively monitor client health metrics and usage patterns to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
• Educate clients on new platform features, best practices, and the comprehensive value of Deel's PEO services.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and articulate complex information clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• A proactive problem-solver with a keen attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software platforms quickly.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Prior experience with HR, payroll, or Professional Employer Organization (PEO) services.
