Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive go-to-market strategies to accelerate growth and market penetration.
• Lead the analysis of sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Optimize sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for our global remote teams.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of GTM initiatives.
• Drive strategic planning and forecasting, providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
• Manage and mentor a team of GTM operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in GTM strategy, sales operations, or business operations, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies that resulted in measurable business growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and business intelligence tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team environment.
