About the Role

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance operational processes for global HR and payroll services within the EMEA region.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations specialists.
• Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and international standards across all operational activities.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, legal, and sales, to improve service delivery and platform capabilities.
• Implement strategies to boost efficiency, manage costs, and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key operational metrics, analyze performance data, and report insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in operations management, ideally within the HR, payroll, or SaaS industry.
• Deep understanding of EMEA labor laws, compliance frameworks, and regulatory environments.
• Proven leadership ability, with a track record of building and managing successful teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is highly advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, collaborating effectively across multiple time zones (Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Poland).
