We are seeking an Associate Director of Studio Operations to lead the operational performance of our creative business units and drive excellence in workforce planning and delivery. Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Studio Operations professionals to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Own workforce planning, capacity management, and resource utilization across multiple business units.
• Partner with Studio Leaders and cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve execution.
• Utilize operational data and performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive organizational consistency.
• Support pre-sales solution design by translating customer requirements into scalable staffing models.

Requirements

• Significant experience in operations, workforce planning, or resource management within a creative, agency, or professional services environment.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
• Experience building and scaling operational processes in a fast-paced environment.
