About the Role

Join our dynamic Treasury team as an Associate FX Trader, playing a crucial role in managing foreign exchange operations for our global payroll and HR platform. This is a full-time, remote opportunity across Europe and MENA, offering an exciting chance to contribute to seamless international payments and support our mission of unlocking global opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Execute foreign exchange trades to facilitate global payroll and payment operations.
• Monitor currency markets and analyze trends to optimize trading strategies.
• Manage currency exposure and mitigate risks associated with international transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Payments, Finance) to ensure efficient FX execution.
• Maintain accurate records of trades and assist with reconciliation processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a treasury, finance, or trading role, preferably with exposure to foreign exchange.
• Solid understanding of global financial markets, currency dynamics, and trading principles.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using financial data platforms and trading tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• Direct experience in FX trading or treasury operations within a fintech or global payments company.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to foreign exchange.
• Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools.
• CFA or other relevant financial certifications.
