Associate Growth Marketer, Emails & Partnerships

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Increase digital presence across key marketing channels like email, content, social media, and partnerships.
• Create and produce high-quality, engaging content for various stages of the user funnel, adapting it for cross-channel use.
• Own and manage email campaigns and lifecycle automations, optimizing for open rates and CTR.
• Support and execute co-marketing initiatives with external partners, managing coordination and asset delivery.
• Independently manage social media channels including X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Telegram, and LinkedIn.
• Execute end-to-end user campaigns and product launches, ensuring timely delivery.
• Stay updated on cryptocurrency and marketing trends to inform timely and relevant campaigns.
• Analyze and report on performance metrics, using insights to improve future campaigns.

Requirements

• 3-6 months of relevant work or internship experience in marketing.
• Basic knowledge of marketing skills including market research, copywriting, design (e.g., Adobe, Canva), branding, UI/UX (e.g., Figma), HTML/CSS, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong interest in one or more marketing channels such as social media, content marketing, or digital PR.
• Proactive, eager to upskill, and comfortable seeking advice.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
• Passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial markets.
• Experience with AI tools for content creation.
• Familiarity with SQL.
