ATM Tech Support Specialist

About the Role

Join our remote team as an ATM Tech Support Specialist, ensuring the optimal performance of our ATM network and delivering exceptional support to both internal and external customers. This role is based in Brazil and is crucial for maintaining the reliability and compliance of our global ATM operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reviews of ATM hardware and software management platforms to identify maintenance needs.
• Respond to internal and external requests and notifications to support ATM performance and end-user service.
• Effectively triage hardware and software issues, initiating service calls as required.
• Manage service calls with external providers to completion, adhering to master service agreements and company KPIs.
• Weekly review and assessment of ATM camera angles to ensure compliance with government regulatory requirements for customer image capture.
• Conduct root cause analysis for chronic ATM performance issues to restore optimal uptime.
• Liaise with business partners and customers to maintain strong relationships and address service needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical support, preferably with ATM hardware and software.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with managing vendor relationships and service agreements.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance, especially regarding data capture and privacy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must be based in Brazil.
