ATM Tech Support Specialist

About the Role

Join the world's largest Bitcoin ATM Network to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our extensive ATM fleet through expert technical support and proactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reviews of the ATM hardware and software management platform to identify necessary maintenance.
• Triage hardware and software issues effectively, opening and managing service calls with external providers to meet company KPIs.
• Conduct root cause analysis on chronic ATM performance issues to restore and maintain optimal uptime.
• Review ATM camera angles weekly to ensure compliance with government regulatory requirements.
• Act as a liaison with customers to mitigate escalations and maintain strong business partnerships.
• Propose recommendations for improving team efficiency and cross-functional processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in an ATM technical service role (field or call center).
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and shift focus in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency concepts.

Nice-to-Haves

• Working knowledge level of Kaba Mas locks.
• Experience supporting distributed hardware networks.
