B2B Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the Role

Join Khan Academy to drive impactful engagement and retention for our school district partners, helping educators succeed in delivering world-class learning experiences. You will own the customer lifecycle journey and support integrated acquisition campaigns to expand our mission-driven impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute B2B lifecycle programs for school district leaders, covering onboarding, engagement, renewal, and expansion.
• Develop and manage multi-channel communications, including email, newsletters, and in-product messaging, to drive product adoption.
• Partner with Sales and Services teams to create enablement materials and targeted campaigns that support account growth.
• Execute top-of-funnel acquisition campaigns and support integrated product launches to generate leads and awareness.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize programs and provide actionable insights for future initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally within B2B, SaaS, or the education sector.
• Exceptional writing skills with a proven ability to create compelling, conversion-oriented copy.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional priorities.
• Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and analytics platforms to measure and improve campaign performance.
• Deep empathy for educators and a commitment to the Khan Academy mission of providing free, world-class education.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience in district leadership or classroom teaching.
• Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns for educational technology products.
