About the Role

Join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the SMB DACH market, where you'll be instrumental in driving our sales pipeline by engaging high-potential prospects. This remote role in the UK offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for our customers and prospects, laying the foundation for meaningful partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage high-potential prospects through outbound prospecting.
• Effectively manage and qualify inbound leads.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for current customers and prospects, building rapport and trust.
• Lay the groundwork for meaningful sales conversations and long-term partnerships.
• Contribute directly to the growth and health of the sales pipeline.

Requirements

• Must communicate fluently in German, both verbally and in written form.
• 0-1+ years of relevant customer-facing experience, preferably in sales or related roles.
• Demonstrates a genuine interest in a sales career and understanding of the sales process.
• Eagerness to understand and solve prospects’ problems.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• This is a remote opportunity based in the UK.
