About the Role

This pivotal role is your chance to drive new business growth within the German SMB market, connecting potential clients with 1Password's leading security solutions. You'll be the crucial first point of contact, building a strong pipeline and contributing directly to our international expansion.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the German Small and Medium Business (SMB) sector.
• Conduct targeted outbound outreach via email, phone, and social channels to generate qualified leads.
• Qualify inbound leads efficiently and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Research target accounts to understand their business needs and challenges.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.

Requirements

• Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, is essential.
• Proven experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or similar lead generation role.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly understand and articulate the value of technical solutions.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working towards targets.
• Based in the UK, working remotely.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce.
• Previous experience in the cybersecurity or SaaS industry.
• Understanding of the German business landscape and market dynamics.
