Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to employees and clients regarding benefits plans, enrollment, and billing inquiries.
• Manage and resolve benefits-related tickets and escalations with precision and speed.
• Maintain and improve standard operating procedures, identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver delightful solutions and ensure smooth administration of global benefits policies.
• Document processes and knowledge systematically to support team scaling and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR Operations or Employee Benefits, ideally within a PEO or EOR service environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering an excellent user experience.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive mindset towards leveraging AI and automation tools to drive operational efficiency.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience working in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
• Familiarity with benefits vendor platforms and HRIS systems.
