Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and administration of employee benefits programs in various Latin American countries.
• Provide comprehensive support and guidance to employees regarding benefits inquiries, eligibility, and claims.
• Ensure compliance with local benefits regulations and company policies across the region.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize benefits offerings and enhance employee experience.
• Maintain accurate benefits records and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in benefits administration, HR, or a related field.
• Understanding of benefits landscape and regulations in at least one Latin American country (e.g., Brazil, Mexico, Argentina).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a strong asset.

• Experience with global HRIS or benefits management platforms.
• Project coordination or implementation experience.
