About the Role

Join Supabase as a Brand Designer to visually articulate our mission and enhance our global presence. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the brand identity of a rapidly growing open-source developer platform, working remotely to reach a worldwide audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
• Design compelling visual assets for marketing campaigns, website, social media, presentations, and product launches.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual stories.
• Create engaging illustrations, icons, and infographics that simplify technical concepts for a broad audience.
• Contribute to the overall user experience by ensuring visual design aligns seamlessly with product goals and brand strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Brand Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, marketing design, and digital asset creation.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Solid understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout for digital and print media.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and autonomous work environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience designing for developer tools, SaaS products, or open-source communities.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, or video editing.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong interest in the developer ecosystem.
• Experience working with global, distributed teams.
