About the Role
Join our dynamic outbound sales team as a Business Development Representative, where you'll be the crucial first point of contact for new business, driving ambitious growth and generating excitement for our products. This is an exciting opportunity for an autonomous and coachable individual to play a pivotal role in our rapidly expanding sales efforts, specifically targeting the German market.
Responsibilities
- Quickly develop a deep understanding of our Ideal Customer Profile to identify and target the best-fit companies for Paddle.
- Proactively prospect and build your own pipeline of high-potential accounts.
- Initiate and generate engaging conversations through outbound outreach efforts.
- Convert these conversations into qualified meeting opportunities for our Account Executive team.
- Collaborate with the marketing department on various initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken, to effectively engage with the target market.
- A highly autonomous and coachable mindset, eager to learn and adapt.
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer profiles and identify suitable leads.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective outbound outreach.
- A passion for sales and achieving ambitious growth targets.
