About the Role
We’re seeking a highly curious, technical-minded Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, understands or wants to understand developer tools and infrastructure, and aims for a long-term career bridging sales and engineering.
Responsibilities
- Drive top-of-funnel activity for our Commercial and Enterprise teams
- Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to conduct qualification and technical discovery
- Reach out to developer-first startups and identify decision-makers
- Help customers understand how Supabase integrates into their existing architecture
- Grow your technical and commercial skills through mentorship and real-world experience
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong technical curiosity
- A natural problem-solver who learns quickly and adapts fast
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
- Interest in developer tools, databases, or open source
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in a technical bootcamp, side projects, or previous BDR role
- Familiarity with SQL, Postgres, or REST APIs
