Responsibilities

• Play a crucial supporting role in operational projects, helping to define and implement solutions that unlock future growth and scalability.
• Actively assist cross-functional teams in delivering critical business outcomes by using first-principles thinking and due diligence to document value, risks, and implications.
• Contribute to bringing strategic solutions to life, structuring deliverables, executing rapid analyses, and supporting implementation for long-term objectives.
• Drive operational efficiency and scalability by researching process optimizations and enhancing firm-wide automation initiatives.

Requirements

• You are a final-year student or recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Eagerness to solve problems and apply structured thinking to complex, often ambiguous situations.
• Proactive and self-starting attitude with a drive to take ownership and make a tangible impact.
• Highly organized, reliable, results-oriented, with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Data-curious mindset and interest in tech-forward solutions.
