About the Role
As a Business Systems Lead, you will be an integral member of the Business Systems team within Servicing, driving high-impact projects to deliver technical solutions that transform the way our Service Agents thrive. This role focuses on optimizing the agent and channel experience by aligning technical initiatives with strategic company goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and measurable results.
- Serve as the technical lead for a team of system leads, providing strategic direction for platform improvements and project deliverables.
- Own and optimize Salesforce as the primary CRM, ensuring it meets business needs across Servicing, operations, compliance, and customer success.
- Set technical strategy for your team on a year-long timescale, linking it with critical, business-impacting projects.
- Collaborate across the product development lifecycle with product management, design, and analytics to ensure technical sustainability and manage risks.
Requirements
- Strong background in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Service Cloud.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work nimbly, efficiently, and adapt in a constantly evolving environment.
- Demonstrated ability to strive for simple, sophisticated solutions and continuously improve technical and soft skills.
About the Team
You will be a key member of the Business Systems team within Servicing, collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, and various stakeholders to craft and deliver innovative technical solutions that empower our Service Agents.
