C++/Rust Engineer, Strategic Market Making — Exchange Connectivity

About the Role

Join our Strategic Market Making (StratMM) team as a C++/Rust Engineer to build and evolve our hybrid CEX/DEX exchange connectivity layer. In this pivotal role, you will own and manage the integration path for exchange venues, handling abstractions for execution logic and market data ingestion.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance exchange connectivity solutions using C++ and Rust.
• Own and manage the integration of new exchange venues, ensuring robust and reliable connections.
• Implement and optimize abstractions for execution logic and market data ingestion.
• Collaborate with trading and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless system operation and performance.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in C++ and Rust, with experience in developing high-performance, low-latency systems.
• Proven experience with exchange connectivity, market data, and order execution systems in a trading environment.
• Solid understanding of network protocols and distributed systems.
• Ability to manage complex integration paths and ensure system reliability.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with specific CEX/DEX exchange APIs and protocols.
• Familiarity with market making strategies and digital asset trading.
• Contributions to open-source projects, especially in Rust or C++.
