Channel Operations and Strategy Director

About the Role

As Channel Operations and Strategy Director, you will be pivotal in bridging our global channel strategy with operational execution, directly impacting the efficiency and success of our channel business. You will craft innovative strategies and lead data analytics and operational processes to maximize channel partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of channel programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage channel data analytics, insights, and operational processes.
• Build and evolve methodologies for channel knowledge management, forecasting, reporting, pricing, promotions, and communications.
• Take overall accountability for analytical models reflecting the health of the channel business.
• Champion automation initiatives to streamline channel operations and boost sales productivity.
• Lead the channel business planning process and ensure alignment with broader company goals.
• Oversee the execution of all channel initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (sales ops, finance, supply chain, product management, marketing) to ensure effective rep.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in operations, program management, or strategy, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong experience in designing and managing channel programs, with a focus on driving results and operational excellence.
• Proven ability to develop and implement data analytics models to measure and improve channel performance.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt channel operations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams.
• Leadership experience in managing and developing teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Expertise in automation and building infrastructure to optimize day-to-day channel operations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams.
