Chief Financial Officer

About the Role

Aiwyn is seeking a strategic and gritty Chief Financial Officer to architect our financial vision and fuel long-term growth. This executive role offers a unique opportunity to shape the economic engine of a rapidly growing vertical enterprise SaaS company.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial strategy, modeling, forecasting, and performance metrics in alignment with company goals.
• Lead fundraising initiatives and investor relations in close partnership with the CEO.
• Oversee all financial operations including FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, audit, and risk management.
• Partner across product, sales, operations, and customer success to align financial strategy with day-to-day execution.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all reporting and regulatory requirements are met, preparing the company for future stages of maturity, including potential IPO readiness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in a high-growth SaaS environment, ideally at Series C and beyond.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, pricing models, and enterprise customer dynamics.
• Successful track record of scaling finance operations and leading capital raises.
• Strong command of financial systems, controls, and compliance in a startup-to-growth transition.
• A balance of analytical rigor, commercial savvy, and operational grit.
• Experience with setting up global entities.
• Exceptional communication skills for executive rooms, board meetings, and company-wide forums.
• A steady hand in ambiguity, with a bias for action and readiness to tackle challenges head-on.

Nice-to-Haves

• High level of comfort using LLMs and modern A.I. tools, demonstrating a "new generation" mindset around financial tooling.
• Experience with Carta, Ramp, Netsuite, and Planful.
