Chief Operating Officer

About the Role

As Chief Operating Officer, you will be a pivotal leader driving operational excellence, scaling our product roadmap, and forging strategic partnerships across the global FinTech and payments landscape. This remote role, based in the USA, is critical for scaling public company operations and ensuring long-term growth and stability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire Product Management organization, setting the vision, strategy, and roadmap for all product lines, driving innovation and a customer-centric approach.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure high-impact strategic partnerships with major financial institutions, payment processors, and key retail/merchant networks to expand our footprint and service offerings.
• Lead and optimize core operational functions including Customer Service, Logistics, Field Operations, and Marketing to ensure efficiency, scalability, and adherence to public company regulatory requirements.
• Own key operational and product-related P&L components, ensuring initiatives meet financial targets and contribute positively to overall company growth and profitability.
• Collaborate closely with the President, CEO, CFO, and other executive leaders to translate the company's vision and strategy into actionable, high-impact operational plans.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a senior operations, product, or general management role.
