Claude AI Engineer Technical Mentor

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 video sessions to provide personalized support, review project submissions, and address specific learner challenges.
• Lead technical deep-dive sessions, including slide presentations on complex concepts, project walkthroughs, and rubric analysis.
• Facilitate group Q&A sessions via Slack or video to resolve learner queries and foster a collaborative learning environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional technical experience with a deep understanding of AI and emerging tech trends.
• Proficiency in the Anthropic Claude ecosystem, including Claude API, Claude Code, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Strong expertise in Agentic AI development, prompt engineering, and Python programming.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for mentoring and teaching.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with real-world data projects, including analytics, engineering, or architecture.
• Background in software system design, API design, and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Prior experience in technical education, coaching, or public speaking.
