CLM Administrator

About the Role

Join our remote team in the APAC region as a CLM Administrator, where you will play a crucial role in optimizing our contract lifecycle management processes and ensuring seamless operations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, including user access, configurations, and workflows.
• Provide technical support and training to users on CLM system functionalities and best practices.
• Collaborate with legal, sales, and finance teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CLM platform, performing regular audits and clean-up activities.
• Document system processes, configurations, and user guides.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CLM Administrator or in a similar role managing contract management systems.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes from initiation to renewal.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in a remote environment and collaborating across different time zones.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with specific CLM platforms (e.g., DocuSign CLM, Conga, Icertis).
• Experience with system integrations (e.g., CRM, ERP).
• Basic project management skills.
