About the Role

Join our global legal team as a Commercial Legal Counsel, where you will play a pivotal role in scaling our business by managing complex commercial negotiations and providing strategic legal guidance across the EMEA region. Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, strategic partnerships, channel partner programs, and data processing agreements.
• Provide expert legal support for EMEA commercial teams, including transaction and RFP support.
• Handle day-to-day legal inquiries and collaborate with cross-functional departments to manage risks effectively.
• Assist with corporate entity support, marketing compliance, and other ad-hoc legal matters as the business evolves.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree.
• 7+ years of substantive experience providing commercial legal advice within an international SaaS corporate environment.
• Proven track record of supporting sales teams in a technology company, with specific experience in channel partner programs.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance business objectives with risk management.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across different time zones.

• Experience providing legal support on corporate matters for international subsidiaries.
• Proficiency in additional languages beyond English.
