Commercial Pricing, Senior Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic leader to build and own our end-to-end pricing capability, transforming it into a centralized, data-driven engine that balances growth with margin protection across our global B2C and B2B business lines.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve our global pricing strategy, architecture, and market tiering to align with brand values.
• Partner with data teams to build a centralized pricing engine that integrates cost, margin, competitor, and demand data.
• Establish a formal decision framework to manage trade-offs between growth, profitability, and customer retention.
• Own the pricing experimentation roadmap, designing and executing A/B tests to drive continuous optimization.
• Act as the central point of contact across finance, product, growth, and network teams to ensure pricing consistency and governance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2C and B2B pricing, ideally within the telecommunications or connectivity sectors.
• Proven track record of building complex pricing frameworks and driving measurable commercial impact.
• Strong proficiency in data modeling, data warehouses, and BI tools to translate insights into actionable pricing decisions.
• Excellent ability to influence senior stakeholders across cross-functional departments.
• Deep understanding of unit economics, price elasticity, and demand signals.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with AI/ML-driven pricing or recommendation systems.
• Prior experience working in high-scale, data-rich environments with bundle-based product pricing.
