Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the value of Halcyon’s cyber resilience solution to executive stakeholders and customers in commercial sectors.
• Advise and educate customers and channel partners on the Halcyon platform and its commercial applications.
• Partner with sales, account, and channel management to drive revenue and progress opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with customer success, threat intelligence, product management, and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and align product development with commercial needs.
• Achieve quarterly and annual quota objectives by facilitating discussions, performing requirements analysis, coordinating demonstrations and Proof-of-Concept (POC) efforts, and supporting the sales motion.
• Stay current on industry trends and maintain advisory relationships with key commercial customers.
• Support marketing initiatives to build brand awareness through speaking engagements, articles, and social media.
• Continuously pursue personal and professional development in technical capabilities, soft skills, and security knowledge.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an information security engineering role, with significant experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or advisor in commercial sectors.
• Proven technical capability and experience with modern security platforms and their commercial applications.
• Strong knowledge in areas such as Cloud Security, Endpoint Defense, Malware Lifecycle, Threat Intelligence, Security Operations, Incident Response, Endpoint Management, Identity Protection, and Computer Forensics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with diverse external audiences, including senior executives.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%.
• Experience with data consumption capabilities, including APIs, scripting, and data exchange formats.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience/technical training.
• Business development experience in a consulting or services environment.
