This role is crucial in accelerating global awareness, acquisition, and retention for Kraken's innovative crypto products.

The Product Growth team is the driving force behind how the world discovers, learns about, and engages with Kraken's products and brand. We combine creativity, data, and technology to accelerate global awareness, acquisition, and retention, operating like a high-performing startup within Kraken. Our mission is to find innovative ways to grow Kraken’s brand, expand our user base, and increase user value, from discoverability in AI-driven search to optimizing in-app visibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compelling content across various mediums (short-form copy, long-form articles, video, audio) and channels (Kraken.com, social platforms, email).
• Translate complex product value propositions into clear, motivating messages that drive client action.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Data, Design, Compliance, and subject matter experts to optimize product growth initiatives.
• Continuously refine and optimize content deliverables using data-driven insights and performance analytics.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, development, or digital marketing, preferably within finance or technology.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Exceptional ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive content for diverse audiences and market segments.
• Proven experience simplifying complex technical or financial concepts for sophisticated readers.
• Deep understanding of client psychology, language, and needs within the financial or tech space.
• Strong collaboration skills, comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset, using data and intuition to inform content strategy and optimize performance.
• Native-level English proficiency.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with global financial markets, emerging technologies, and the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
• Experience developing content for AI-driven or emerging search channels (e.g., Google AEO, Perplexity, ChatGPT Browse, Gemini).
• Exposure to product-led growth environments or performance marketing functions.
