About the Role

Join our team as a Contract Administrator, a pivotal remote role responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts to support our business operations and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
• Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date contract management system, tracking key dates and obligations.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including legal, sales, and finance teams, on all contract-related matters.
• Monitor contract performance and facilitate amendments or renewals as needed to ensure adherence to terms.

Requirements

• Proven experience in contract administration, paralegal, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of contract law principles, legal terminology, and best practices in contract management.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in contract management software and standard office applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a remote environment.
