About the Role

Join Airtable as a 6-month Contract Recruiter to significantly impact our growth by driving hiring across our high-performing Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for Sales and GTM roles, including top-of-funnel strategy, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring strategies and ensure high-quality candidate pipelines.
• Maintain a transparent, timely, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring lifecycle.
• Leverage recruiting data and tools to report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and hiring velocity to inform stakeholder decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sourcers, Coordinators, and HRBPs to maintain operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant focus on Strategic Sales recruiting.
• Deep understanding of SaaS Sales organizations and familiarity with various sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Force Management).
• Proven ability to act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, delivering results with speed and precision.
• Demonstrated skill in balancing urgency with quality while maintaining a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
• Must be a proactive self-starter capable of navigating ambiguity effectively.

Role Context

• This is a 6-month contract position, requiring 40 hours per week, available remotely within the United States.
• Success in this role directly contributes to scaling Airtable's ability to serve its growing customer base, which includes 80% of the Fortune 100.
