About the Role

Join Keyrock's Corporate Development team as a Director, where you will be a pivotal digital asset innovator driving complex structuring processes. This exciting new role involves identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic growth opportunities, including M&A, partnerships, and investments, within the dynamic crypto and digital assets landscape.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate acquisition, investment, and strategic partnership opportunities within the crypto and blockchain sector, aligning them with Keyrock's strategic objectives.
• Drive complex structuring processes for M&A, investments, and strategic partnerships from inception to close.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, financial modeling, and due diligence on potential targets.
• Negotiate deal terms and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including target companies, advisors, and investors.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (legal, finance, product) to ensure seamless integration and execution of strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a digital asset innovator with a strong generalist profile in corporate development or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex structuring processes and execute strategic growth initiatives (M&A, investments, partnerships).
• Deep understanding of the crypto, blockchain, and digital assets landscape.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
