Corporate FP&A Lead

About the Role

As the Corporate FP&A Lead, you will drive our financial strategy and planning, serving as a key partner to the CFO and executive leadership to shape our company's growth and profitability. This is a high-impact builder role where you will lead a high-performing team to modernize our financial reporting, planning, and performance management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan (AOP) process, including timeline management, department challenge sessions, and consolidated P&L presentations.
• Own the end-to-end monthly financial close calendar, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and continuous process improvement.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of financial analysts.
• Produce high-quality financial review products and narratives for the CFO, executive leadership, and board of directors.
• Collaborate with the Finance Engineering team to drive the FP&A automation roadmap and digital innovation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or management consulting, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end monthly financial close cycles and producing board-level financial materials.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business narratives.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience managing or mentoring junior financial analysts.
• Familiarity with data science, AI applications in finance, or advanced financial automation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
