Country Finance Manager

About the Role

Lead financial operations and strategic financial planning for our Swiss market. This exciting remote role offers the opportunity to ensure compliance, drive financial performance, and contribute significantly to our global success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations within Switzerland, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with Swiss accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the Swiss entity.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to local and global leadership.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar senior finance role in Switzerland.
• Deep understanding of Swiss GAAP, local tax laws, and corporate governance.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., Swiss CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Fluency in English and at least one official Swiss language (German, French, or Italian).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial software and ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
