Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all financial operations, reporting, and compliance for assigned countries (USA or UK).
• Ensure adherence to local accounting standards (e.g., US GAAP, UK GAAP, IFRS) and statutory requirements.
• Manage local tax filings, audits, and financial controls, working closely with external advisors.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and support for strategic decision-making related to country-specific performance.
• Collaborate with global finance, legal, HR, and payroll teams to streamline processes and ensure accurate financial data.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a finance management role, with a focus on country-specific financial operations.
• Strong expertise in either US or UK accounting principles, tax regulations, and statutory reporting.
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex financial data.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
