Creative Director

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead our brand evolution and define the creative strategy across our portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our visual identity while building the operational frameworks that enable high-impact, scalable creative work.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the creative vision and visual identity across all brand touchpoints.
• Partner with executive leadership to translate business strategy into compelling creative direction for campaigns and product launches.
• Establish and optimize the creative operating model, including workflows, intake processes, and resource planning.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing creative team while managing relationships with external agencies and partners.
• Serve as the final creative authority, ensuring consistency, quality, and accessibility across all digital and print assets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of design experience, with a blend of agency and in-house brand leadership.
• Expert-level mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud and proficiency in Canva for template creation.
• Proven track record of presenting complex visual systems and creative concepts to executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing creative workflows and project tracking using tools like JIRA.
• A stunning portfolio demonstrating excellence in multi-channel brand campaigns and complex design ecosystems.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or multi-product corporate environments.
• Proficiency in motion design tools like After Effects or Premiere.
