Creator Marketing Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Creator Marketing Lead to drive growth and engagement by building strong relationships with our creator community. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the voice and adoption of our cutting-edge AI voice technology across key platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies specifically targeting content creators and influencers across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch.
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key creators to drive product adoption and awareness for ElevenLabs' suite of tools.
• Analyze creator campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, PR, and Content teams to ensure creator feedback informs product development and marketing narratives.
• Manage the budget and operational aspects of the creator marketing program, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in a marketing role, with a significant focus on creator marketing, influencer relations, or community management, preferably within the tech or SaaS space.
• Deep, demonstrable understanding of the content creator ecosystem, including current trends, platform algorithms, and monetization strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse creator profiles.
• Strong analytical capabilities to track campaign ROI and translate data into actionable marketing insights.

• Direct experience marketing AI, generative media, or developer tools.
• Familiarity with creator management platforms and analytics tools.
• Experience managing marketing programs in a remote or distributed team environment.
