Customer Enablement Specialist

About the Role

Join ElevenLabs as a Customer Enablement Specialist to drive successful adoption and maximize value for our growing United States customer base. This role is critical in bridging the gap between our advanced AI voice technology and our users' business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, documentation, and resources tailored for US customers on ElevenLabs products and features.
• Act as a primary point of contact for complex customer onboarding, ensuring smooth integration and rapid time-to-value.
• Gather customer feedback regarding usability and feature gaps, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap.
• Monitor customer success metrics and proactively identify opportunities for deeper product adoption and expansion within existing accounts.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in a Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or Technical Enablement role, preferably within a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
• Deep understanding of the customer journey, onboarding processes, and adult learning principles.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Must be authorized to work full-time within the United States.
