Customer Onboarding Manager, SMB (French Speaking)

About the Role

Join our dynamic remote team as a French-speaking Customer Onboarding Manager, dedicated to ensuring the successful launch and adoption of our platform for Small and Medium Businesses across EMEA. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through their initial journey and setting them up for long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process for new SMB clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to our platform.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and training sessions tailored to client needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client objectives and helping them achieve value from our solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to address client needs and provide feedback.
• Monitor client progress during onboarding and proactively identify potential challenges or opportunities.
• Document onboarding processes and client interactions to maintain high standards of service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or account management, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Fluency in French and English is essential, both written and verbal, to support our EMEA client base.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for helping businesses succeed.
• Experience working remotely and collaborating effectively in a distributed team.
• Located in an EMEA timezone (e.g., Spain, Ireland, Portugal, Italy, Poland, Serbia).

• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and onboarding tools.
