Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding journey for new SMB clients in the EMEA region, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
• Educate customers on platform features and best practices to maximize their success and adoption.
• Act as a primary point of contact, providing expert guidance and support during the initial phase.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to address client needs and improve the onboarding process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or account management, specifically with SMB clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages (e.g., Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish) are highly advantageous.
• Residency in Spain, Ireland, Portugal, Italy, Poland, or Serbia.
