Customer Solution Architect (APAC)

About the Role

Join us as a Customer Solutions Architect, driving the adoption of Supabase by partnering with high-value customers to design and implement technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with customers to understand their business and technical needs.
• Design and architect technical solutions leveraging the Supabase platform.
• Guide customers through proof-of-value implementations to demonstrate platform value.
• Provide ongoing engagement to resolve complex issues, unblock adoption, and optimize performance.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and internal advocate.
• Collaborate with Growth teams on deal sizing and usage estimates.
• Build and present platform demonstrations.
• Create and execute account plans for high-value customers.
• Conduct application architecture assessments, database design, and performance optimization.
• Serve as an internal champion for customers, providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in Solutions Architecture, Database Engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong background with relational database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience in web application development.
• Familiarity with Python, C#, and popular JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte).
